Pledge to Clients:  In addition to home sales, we market major projects, from

conception to completion with pre-project market analysis and target market delineations.  We custom fit the sales solution depending upon the clients previous experience and current needs. 

Professional Experience:   14+ years as an investor in commercial, residential, re-development, condominium, subdivision and land development.  Experience both in the United States, Honduras and Nicaragua.  Previous to making real estate the primary focus, 10 years as partner in a high tech marketing firm based out of Denver, Colorado.
 
Education:    Electrical Engineering degree from Clarkson University in New York

Outside Interests:   My two wonderful children and beautiful wife.  Also, snowboarding, martial arts, hiking, hunting, and wakeboarding.

Pledge to Clients:  My pledge to all of my clients, past and present, is that of honesty, integrity, ethical business practice and sincere customer care and satisfaction.  I provide informative knowledge of the area and contract negotiations to all of my clients so as to make the buying and/or selling process a pleasant experience for everyone involved from beginning to end.  Satisfaction is guaranteed!!  

Professional Experience:  I have enjoyed my career as a Realtor in the Durango and Bayfield area since 2002.  In 2004 I was approached by the Broker/Owner of Realty Executives of Durango and, with pleasure, accepted his offer to open the first office for Realty Executives at Vallecito Lake.  With hard work and dedication I was able to give Realty Executives unsurpassed recognition throughout the Vallecito Lake community.  I have achieved many awards and top producer recognitions during my time with Realty Executives and being a Realtor with this company is second to none!      

Education:  Colorado Real Estate Institute (2002) Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI, 2004)

Outside Interests:  First and foremost is my family.  I thoroughly enjoy spending as much time as I can with my 5yr old son, Greer.  In addition to that, I enjoy traveling, photography, cooking, biking, boating, socializing with close friends and laughing as often as I can.

Professional Experience:  I am a professional mover having moved almost every year growing up and can always offer to you that knowledge and help. After finally settling down here, I have enjoyed working in Customer Service in this wonderful area nearly 10 years now. I have been working with Realty Executives since 2005, becoming a Licensed Broker in the summer of 2006, and have enjoyed every minute of it.

Education:  Colorado Real Estate College (2006), Business Courses at Fort Lewis College.

Outside Interests:  Spending time with my wonderful Husband, our great dog, family & friends. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, camping, hiking, playing Paintball, water sports, photography, playing the Saxaphone, karaoke and the aspect of maybe one day learning how to ski/snowboard.
